Note:-

1) For Hilly areas 15 % increase in the rates may be allowed.
2) For difficult areas , restricted working hours etc. up to a 50 % increase in labour can be allowed subject
    to approval by the next higher authority.
3) This labour rate is applicable for Vol.II (Electrical schedule).
